The Kinsey Institute Juried Erotic Art Show 2007
Bloomington, Ind. - The Kinsey Institute’s second annual Juried Erotic Art Show opens April 13 and runs through July 20, 2007. This multi-media show features photographs, sculptures, paintings, textiles, and mixed media pieces submitted by artists from across the United States and Canada. The artworks were selected by local artist Karen Baldner, a faculty member at the Herron School of Art and Design in Indianapolis.
Eighty artworks will be featured in the exhibit including pieces by local artists Brian Chase, Jack Doskow, Chris Matusek, Elizabeth Raymer, Martin Weinberg, and Yelena Yahontova.
A public reception will be held on Friday, April 13, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at The Kinsey Institute. This event is free, and food and beverages will be provided.
The Kinsey Institute art gallery is located in Morrison Hall on the campus of Indiana University. Gallery hours are 2:00 to 4:00, Monday through Friday. Admission is free.
